Dr. Tammy Penhollow is a double board-certified physician in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and the physician owner of Precision Regenerative Medicine™, a direct specialty practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. A U.S. Navy veteran and Stanford Pain Medicine fellowship graduate, she left insurance-based medicine in 2015 and founded her practice in 2018. She treats spine and joint conditions with autologous orthobiologics, including PRP and BMAC, always under image guidance and always evaluating the full functional unit rather than treating an isolated injection site. She does not use corticosteroids. Dr. Penhollow holds a faculty appointment as Instructor in Anesthesiology at Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine and serves as national faculty for TOBI. She works with active adults and athletes who want to avoid surgery, and with physicians nationwide considering a referral.
