I am Dr. Catherine K. Buchanan, a geriatrician specializing in the health and well-being of older adults. I provide office and home-based care focused on the unique healthcare needs that arise in later life using a holistic and integrative approach. Working alongside primary care providers, I offer additional time, attention, and expertise to address complex issues that often require deeper conversation. My areas of focus include falls, memory loss, mood and behavior changes, and maintaining health and independence.

I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine and have over 20 years of experience working with older adults. I have a special interest in brain health and caring for individuals living with cognitive loss.
