Dr. Constance Bindernagel is a double board-certified allergist, immunologist, and pediatrician who provides allergy and immunology specific care for both children and adults at Harmony Allergy & Dermatology in Bradenton, Florida. She treats food allergies, allergic rhinitis, asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis, allergic skin disorders, and immunodeficiencies through thoughtful evaluation, evidence-based testing, and personalized treatment plans, and performs environmental and food allergies testing, supervised oral food challenges, drug allergy testing, patch testing, and allergy immunotherapy.

She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of South Florida and her fellowship in allergy & immunology through USF at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, where she specialized in pediatric food allergy management. She also earned an MBA in Healthcare Leadership alongside her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Kansas City University.

Dr. Bindernagel always knew she wanted to care for patients with allergies and immune disorders. Opening Harmony Allergy & Dermatology came from recognizing that insurance-based visits often left too little time for the detailed history, testing, and education that allergy care requires. Together with her husband, she built a practice where patients and families have the time, guidance, and support needed to make informed decisions about their care.
