About me

Joshi Pediatric Rheumatology

Dr Joshi: "My journey in medicine has taken me from medical school in India to pediatric residency in New York and fellowship training in pediatric rheumatology and clinical research in Boston. Along the way, I've had the privilege of caring for children, adolescents, and young adults with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases for more than a decade.

Before founding my own practice, I served as the only pediatric rheumatologist in Arkansas at Arkansas Children's Hospital and later led the pediatric rheumatology program at Cure 4 The Kids Foundation in Las Vegas. Those experiences taught me that the best specialty care is built on time, accessibility, and lasting relationships with families—not rushed visits or administrative barriers.

In 2025, I founded Joshi Pediatric Rheumatology, a physician-owned, membership-based direct specialty care practice designed to provide personalized, concierge pediatric rheumatology through a telemedicine-first model. My goal is to make specialty care more accessible, responsive, and centered on the unique needs of every child and family.

I am board-certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Rheumatology, certified in musculoskeletal ultrasound (RhMSUS™), and currently completing fellowship training in integrative medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. I enjoy combining evidence-based pediatric rheumatology with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and other integrative approaches when appropriate to provide comprehensive, whole-person care.

Everything I do is guided by three core values: Trust, Access, and Excellence. I believe that when families have direct access to their physician and the time to build a genuine partnership, children receive the thoughtful, compassionate care they deserve."
