It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from our Services.

We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised policy on our Site with an updated effective date, and where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of our Services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

“Member” means an individual who has enrolled in any tier of the DSC Alliance membership program.

“Direct Specialty Care (DSC)” means a healthcare delivery model in which specialist physicians provide medical services directly to patients under a transparent pricing and contract-based arrangement, outside of traditional insurance billing models.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Create a member account or apply for membership (name, email, phone, professional credentials, medical specialty, state license number, NPI number, practice name and address)
  • Complete contact forms, surveys, or registration forms
  • Purchase a membership, course, or other product (billing name, address, payment card information processed by our payment processor)
  • List your practice in our national physician directory (practice name, address, phone, website, specialty, accepted payment methods, services offered)
  • Communicate with us via email, phone, chat, or other channels
  • Apply for our Accelerator program (professional background, practice information, goals, references)
  • Participate in community forums, webinars, or virtual events
  • Subscribe to our newsletter or email communications

3.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required or permitted by law, including in response to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, government inquiries), to protect the safety of any person, to prevent fraud, or to protect DSC Alliance’s legal rights.

5.4 Business Transfers

If DSC Alliance, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, or other business transfer, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 13. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no industry-wide consensus on how to respond to DNT signals. Our Services do not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this section if and when a standard is established.
